Our workflow is not functioning (had problems for 2 weeks now)

Can I turn off workflow so that PO's can be generated and then turn it back on again when I get help from Microsoft?

What happens when workflow is deactivated and then reactivated?

HELP!

    Have you tried to un-check the "Active" checkbox from the workflow maintenance for this specific workflow ?
