Unable to open guides

I continue to see the following error message: "The Guides solution that your Hololens app connects to is out of date, Contact your admin to update this solution"

I operate from within the dc tenant with the accoun kmarreroschu@dc.microsoft

I have already:

- downloaded Guides D365 updates in HL2 unit

- Used the tool to "Get updates" 

- Updated Window 10 in HL2 unit

- contacted the Security engineer that provides access (He mentioned that the latest app should have been updated on the device automatically)

    Hi Kimberly

    You need to update the Guides solution on the powerplatform to be compatible with the version of the app you are running.
