Hello All,
My Microsoft Dynamics GP2016R2 working fine untill i installed the windows 10 update "KB4556799" and "KB4552931" on my work station work station respectively.After installing the updates GP2016R2 crashed,even i am not able to login in my company.
Once i uninstall the updates from work station then GP2016R2 Runs fine.
Please share the information regarding any change i have to made on my GP after installing the windows 10 updates.
I have not heard of this before. You could try applying the windows updates again and then do a repair of GP. If the problem persists then uninstall GP and reinstall. Checking the event viewer will give you an idea of why it is crashing.
On further dig into GP2016R2 Crash issue i found that "Microsoft.Office.Interlop.Word.DLL" casuing the problem.when i repaired microsoft office 365 installation
the problem got resolved.But when i restart my computer GP2016R2 again crashed.
I again repaired microsoft office 365 installation it work fine.So i need to repair my office installation when ever my computer restart.
I don't understand why i need to repair my office installation every time my computer restart.
Please share thought.
