Hello all,
we are having issues when creating a sales order on accounts that have Tax Liable turned on.
Upon creating the sales order, (before letting the sales order number generate) and immediatly selecting the customer number, we receive this error:
The Sales Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type=‘1’,No.=‘’
If we create the sales order and click out of the customer number field and allow the Sales Order number to generate, then select the customer number we do not receive any errors and can continue as normal.
Any suggestions?
