RAG Status updates

Posted on by 280
Hi Guys,

I have an ask about RAG status please. We have a dropdown field that contains our current RAG status options, Red, Green, Amber etc. The owner of the account updates this status depending on conversations he/she has with our clients. When the owner changes the RAG status from Green to Amber I want to be able to record the previous RAG status each time it changes. The reason for this ask is we have an automatic email that sends to management when a client moves into a Amber or Red status. The email sends regardless of what direction the RAG status is changed from. So in the case of a client moving from Green to Amber, this is a bad news story as something is not right for the client, however, in the case of a client moving from Red to Amber which is a good news story because things are getting better for the client, I dont have a way of showing this on the email that is sent. I can see this change on the audit history, but management arent going to check this.

Is there a way to pull data from the audit history page or is there a way to record what the RAG status has changed from?

Thank you.
