unable to edit customer name in business central

I want to change a Customer name, but this column is grayed out, Is there any easy for this?
Can i edit using configuration package?

    In the Customer Card, we can rename the Name field. Could you please share more details about where exactly you want to change the name, and share a screenshot if possible?

    Hello  ,
     
    Can you please let me know which document you are trying to change? For example, Customer card, SO, PO, etc. If possible please share a screen print.
     
    Please try following:
     
    • Please check if the page is in non-editable mode. If it is, kindly make it editable.
    • You can use the Edit in Excel feature.
    • You can use configuration package.

    This is a standard function. If you click the Edit button and only this field is grayed out, please check if it is locked. 
    More details: Business Central 2023 wave 2 (BC23): Customize field editability from UI (Lock editing & Unlock editing)
    If all are grey, please check the permissions.
    If it still cannot be solved, it means your environment has been customized. Please contact your partner to resolve the issue.

    Yes, Customer name can be editable.
     
     
    Kindly check if there is any Customization or Any Permission issue.
