Extract report of quotes containing a particular product in D365Sales

Hi! We need to run a report to extract a list of quotes from d365sales which contain a particular product - how would we go about it please from within CRM? Or is the only option via PowerBI?

Hi There,

Your requirement can be achieved using ADVANCED FIND

Follow these steps:

1: go to make.powerapps.com and select advanced setting

Once you're there, click on funnel icon that will open advanced find.

Under Advanced find create a query something like this. Add the product name that you want to look for. Once done save this.

No go to the customisation area and select report and create a new report.

Fill in the necessary details and in used saved view select the view we created above. follow the steps and you're done

Hey.

You can use TDS to connect to the tables using SQL Server, and use this to query both tables:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/dataverse-sql-query

from there, you should use something joining msdyn_quote, msdyn_product, msdyn_priceList.
