How to Use Different Sales Template & Location Directive for same Warehouse same time

Hi All - I have a question about Work template & Location Directive. I have a scenario where I have two different templates for Sales Order.

  1. One step Picking & Shipping [Bay door]
  2. Two/Multi Step Sales Order picking & Shipping [Stage & Bay door]

I have separate Location Directives for above work template. Now I need to use One Step Picking & Shipping [Bay door] for some customer Orders and for others I need to follow Two/Multi step shipping [Stage & Bay door].

How can I achieve this using WMS module.
