Customer Journey doesn't send emails two times to the same customer

As described in my subject.

When I create a customer journey, Dynamics doesn't send the email notification to a customer that submits a form two times with the same email.

Maybe someone would ask "Why a customer should submit 2 times to a form".

Because a Contact Us form can be submitted two times for example.

Is there a wait to make it possible?

Thank you.

    Hi,

If the submissions are not on the same day, you could refer to my answer to the following issue.

(99+) Customer journey - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum

Otherwise, it cannot be achieved unfortunately.

The reasons for not being able to do so are also explained in the above answer.

    Hi Nya,

A lot of my customer's has the same requirement, and for them a 1-day recurrence wont cut it.

How do you suggest we do this with the Dynamics 365 Marketing functionality as it is?

Currently we're required to advise our customers, with those exact needs, that they need another Marketing solution - usually ClickDimensions is recommended, as they support multiple entries into a journey and also has the Auto Responder capabilities, unless they're OK with custom auto-responder flows (Power Automate Flows etc). The Power Automate solution isn't quite good enough, since you lose some insights in your marketing analytics.

    Thanks in advance,

    /Jonas

    Hi Jonas,

Sorry but there is currently no butter way to achieve your request.

As you know, ClickDimensions is a 3rd-party solution which may need some additional charges and Power Automate Flows do have a problem with not being able to track to user interactions.
