I am using Power BI Desktop (May 2020 version) and Dynamic CRM 365 : Version 1612 (9.0.13.11) (DB 9.0.13.11) on-premises
I need to create a Report in PowerBI and import it to Dynamics CRM 365 as a Dashboard.
1/ Problem Get Data From Dynamics CRM
In PowerBI Desktop I do not the have the option Dynamic CRM 365 (on-Premises) to GET DATA and if I try to use the connector Dynamic CRM Business Central 365 (on Premises) , the Connection is Refused.
Could you advice me which connector should I use in PowerBI Destop to get data from my Dynamic CRM 365 (on-Premises) ?
2/ Publish PowerBI Report In CRM:
I order to be abel to import PowerBI Report in Dynamics CRM 365 as a Dashboard I activated the option in Settings/Administration /System settings/ Reporting / Allow Power BI visualization embedding.
As showin in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/user/add-powerbi-dashboards#privacy-notice , image :
now I should have the option to import PowerBI dashboard, but this option not avaiblable for me.
Is there other customizations to do in order to have the option (PowerBI Dashboard ) in my CRM ?
