Predictive Lead Scoring - Can't View Score Breakdown Within Record

Using Predictive Lead Scoring, I'm running into a problem where I can see the Grade and Score of my lead from the "My Open Leads Scored" but am unable to view the score breakdown once I open the individual record.

This screenshot shows the view from the "My Open Leads Scored" form

But as you can see from this screenshot, the Lead Score is missing once I open the individual record.

You can also see that I've confirmed that the Lead does have a related contact connected to it.

I've included one final screenshot of the details of my Predictive Lead Scoring Model:

I hope these screenshots provide good background to help solve this problem.

Hi, for me, I have the opposite situation. I can see the lead score from the spesific lead record but I'm unable to show the score on the view list. How did you show the lead score number on the view page?
