10Using Predictive Lead Scoring, I'm running into a problem where I can see the Grade and Score of my lead from the "My Open Leads Scored" but am unable to view the score breakdown once I open the individual record.
This screenshot shows the view from the "My Open Leads Scored" form
But as you can see from this screenshot, the Lead Score is missing once I open the individual record.
You can also see that I've confirmed that the Lead does have a related contact connected to it.
I've included one final screenshot of the details of my Predictive Lead Scoring Model:
