Duplicates record from Power automate flow

Hi community, 

Happy new year, 

I have a periodic Power automate flow which insert data in Dynamics 365. 

I have two duplicate rules but I have more than 20.000 duplicates in my table. 

Have you a suggestion how can I prevent this ? Have you a filter that I must add in my flow ? 

Can I delete all duplicators in the system ?

    Hi Maroua,

    I suggest that you create a Key from make.powerapps.com

    You must just navigate to your table, Then add a new key

    This solution will prevent the creation of duplicates records.

    Hi,

    Alternate key can be configured to avoid duplicates

    learn.microsoft.com/.../define-alternate-keys-reference-records

    Duplicate detection jobs can be created to detect duplicate records and delete them.
