Sales invoice customized report on copy and original button

Hi everyone,

I have created an original document and a copy document for the sales invoice report, each with its own distinct format. However, when I attempt to open the sales invoice report from either the copy or original button (Snippet 3), it fails to display the correct report format that I set up in print management. The report format only displays correctly when I open the report from the /use print management/ option.

Hi,

Try to uncheck the Default Setting for each design and fill it with the Design that you want.

Hi Abdul,

Try to uncheck the default setting to be set false if it does not work try to find out the controller class of Sales Invoice report and try to change the Report Name and Design over there and check whether it is working or not.
