Our organization operates two separate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments—one for "United States" and another for "Canada"—each hosted in different geographic regions. We are exploring the possibility of integrating both CRM instances into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to streamline financial and operational processes. We would like to understand whether this multi-CRM integration is supported, and if so, what technical considerations, limitations, or best practices should be taken into account.

Hi, As far as I know, it only supports connecting to one environment. And this is a restriction set by Microsoft when it was first set up, and there is no way to remove it.

You can submit this idea to Microsoft.
