Customize Inbox Item Card ?

is it possible to customize the maps of the cases in the inbox in the, Customer Service Workspace?
 
I would like to show the owner.

    Hi,
     
    Our team has analyzed your needs and if you want to change the interface of your Dynamics 365 Customer Workspace, you will probably need to go into the backend of the power app and make edits to the Dynamics 365 Customer Workspace.

    Also, the article provided in your link is for Dynamics 365 Sales and there is no same setup in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, apart from the direct editing of the app as mentioned above, you can also use third party add-ons to fulfill your requirement.
    However, please note that when using third-party plug-ins, you must backup important data to avoid serious consequences.
