Team member user access and assign single user to multiple legal entity

Hi,

Will the team member users get access to power app developed for HR? I don't think so.. but still want to know if there is any documentation.

And also How can I assign a single user to multiple legal entity in HR? I see in users form there is something called assign organization.. but that is disabled . Any idea on these?

Hi Talent,

In many cases, the team member requires additional Power Apps licenses. Some Dynamics 365 SKUs do have licenses for Power Apps included. You can read about this in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing guides which you can find using the next links:

Hello,

For the Power app license, the licensing comes from Powerapps and not from dynamics. the license from power apps depends on the data source you used as the source for the powerapp. if you used CDS or Dataverse as the source for the app then users must have a pay per user Powerapps licensing to consume the app.

Hi,

Assign organization will be enabled when you click on Roles > Employee or any other role based on User.

Now click on Employee, Assign Organizations is enabled and you can assign multiple legal entities.
