Hi every one,any body please tell me how to implement xds security in AX 2012.My scenario is that i want to hide specific retail Product categories for legal entity like 'USRT' and show specific retail Product categories to USRT. like in screen shot attached,i want only Apparel and Footwear to be shown in USRT company and hide all other retail Product categories.I want USRT operational impact just on Apparel and Footwear.

Hi Faran,
At another company, we did not provide access to the Chart of Accounts form at all. Only the access to the Main accounts list page was granted. In this way, you don't need the XDS policy on the chart of accounts. Ensure that a key-user or support/consultants would be able to setup new Chart of Accounts.
Thanks for the links.Can we implement XDS security for Chart of account needs to company specific. Company A chart of account should not be visible in Company B and vice versa. ?

In your scenario, you have a challenge. This is because the product categories is based on global tables. Setting an XDS policy legal entity required additional preparation. You can have a look at my warehouse example to create a setup and temporary table which also holds the legal entity context.
