I have a question:

Is Voice of Customer in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 available offline? of the CRM should be online version to use the Voice of Customer?

    Hi SSOCRM,

    Voice of the Customer is hosted through Microsoft Azure in the cloud and then linked to a Dynamics CRM instance. You will need to be online to use its functionality.
