Could someone confirm if it's possible for a customer or contact to subscribe to specific newsletters or services without subscribing to others offered by the company? For example, can a contact subscribe to newsletters but choose to unsubscribe from other communications sent by the company? Is it possible in D365 Customer Insights Journey Application?
Yes, this is possible. The way this is set up will depend on whether you are currently utilising the Outbound or Real Time area within Dynamics Customer Insights - Journeys. As you can see in the below screenshot, in this scenario the recipient can opt in or out of receiving 'Newsletters', 'New Product Announcements', 'Daily Deals', or all communications from this particular company's marketing communications:
