Solution Import failed showing A failure occured in CrmSecurity in 365 CRM Onpremise 9.0

Hi All,

I am facing issues while trying to import a solution in other env its showing A failure occured in CrmSecurity in Plugin dll assembly.

What could be the issue am not able to get .

Again i created one more solution & added only Plugin assembly & sdk message steps & tried to import the solution still the same above error got.

    Hi Bipin,

    Many thanks, yes the user which am trying that was just system admin not deployment admin so that is the problem am not able to import he solution with plugins.If solution contains only components like entities fields js & processes etc without plugin assembly dll & the steps then am able to import the solution.So to import plugin need to have deployment admin role.

    Hi,

    As per your log error is

    Action failed for assembly 'MIC-CRM.GroupCompliance.Plugins, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=227acc16950761b8': Assembly must be registered in isolation.

    Check below article for fix that error.

    Make sure user who is deploying the solution is part of Deployment Administartor group. And he has system admin role as well.

    Thanks for ur response. Am not sure about admin but i am able to access directly in server where plugin reg tool has been installed & there i can able to register the plugin assembly manually & steps also & its IFD env.

    Is the source environment in the same CRM deployment (same set of servers), or a different one ?

    If it's a different environment, then there are several potential differences in the environments that could have an impact on this:

    • Are you a Deployment Admin in the destination environment
    • Where is the plugin assembly to be deployed ? If it's in the GAC or file, then you may have different file permissions in the environments that could affect this

    Can you please Click Download Log FIle to download the log. Now open this Log in Excel to see the error message.
