Hi,

Is it possible to change the order of the entities viewed in the quick create ribbon?

Currently it starts with Activities, then lists all the entities available for Quick Create in alphabetical order.

Regards

    Hi,

Unfortunately you can not change this behavior , there is no control to change quick create ribbon behavior.

    Hi Ragu,

This is out of box functionality in CRM to create sequence of quick create. There is no way to change it.

    Hi

It orders by display name, and i dont think you can change the behaviour of this, one trick is to use the numbers to change the order but then same display name is going to appear everywhere so not sure if its an option for you
