Hi All,

I have done a modification in the case origin optionset value in the dev environment and migrated the solution to UAT as a managed solution.

DEV environment

UAT Environment

I can see my value + default value. I do not want the system value which we can see in the below screenshot.

Things that I have checked

1. no unmanaged layer present for the case entity

2. I have modified the global optionset

3. solution is managed

Please let me know the possible cause for the above issue

Thanks, Bipin for your suggestion but I have already tried all 3 option that is available while importing managed solution but it is not updating the value but it is adding to it.

I am not sure but is it possible that the same values are referred in some other managed solution and these values is required there?

    HI,

You will  need to apply solution upgrade to delete the options. Please follow below article for the same.
