Hello All,
How can we enable to auto creation of default document location whenever a record is created. For e.g. whenever i create new record in contact table, i want its document location to be created automatically.

As you are probably aware, the default functionality of the Sharepoint Locations is that it will only get created when the Documents tab is accessed when opening the record and not generated automatically.
If you would like these locations created automatically whenever a new record is created, you will have to either create a custom workflow/plugin or utilize a tool in the Power Platform such as Power Automate.
Personally I would go with the latter because it is very much point-and-click building and there are lots of guides out there on how to accomplish your requirement, for example:

The issue is the automatic creation is not working i.e. when i go to Document tab, it is not creating any document location.
What could be the issue?
I'm assuming you have your Sharepoint configuration setup correctly? The document locations should automatically be created when accessing the Documents tab if the configuration is complete.
Can you run through the setup of the SP site(s) again and ensure that everything is setup? Feel free to provide screenshots just so I can see if anything seems out of the ordinary.
What happens when you access the Documents tab? Do you get an error or something else?
