Amount of hours on Leave request from ESS

Hello, 

I'm trying to request time-off and the defaulted amount is set to 24 hours as shown in the picture below. 

I want it defaulted to 8.75 from Monday to Tuesday and 6 on Friday, I think is not possible though. In that case, I wish to keep it at 0 so the employee can type the number of hours requested.

    What is the setup in the calendar for this employee? The default amount should come from calendar if this is set up for an employee.
