Posted on by 80

Hi everyone,

we first plan to deploy CRM, but I'd like to know if it still will be possible to migrate to NAV later.

Thanks for reading :)

    Hi fgsav,

You can maintain your data into CRM and then you can import into NAV.

    1) Export data from CRM to .csv, .txt file.

    2) Import data from .csv, .txt file to NAV.

    3) You also required proper field mapping.

We'd like to install dynamics CRM and use it for a few months, and next install Dynamics NAV.
Knowing CRM is part of NAV, I wanted to be sure we won't lose any data :)

can you just tell which migration do you want? What exactly you want?
