Ship Complete is Visible but Greyed out on the Sales Order Header form AX 2012 R3

The Ship Complete, Automatic notification and cancellation exempt, and expedite are all greyed out. I assume I must be missing an check box in a parameter somewhere but after looking in all modules, I can't seem to find it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Ansel,

You'll need to enable Call Center functionality. Check towards the bottom of this post for a success story!

Thank you both for the references. I did figure out how to get the boxes to work, but unfortunately for 2 of my clients, they still do not work the way that they should. I have another client that this may help in their situation. I wish this button would not have been over engineered and available for the masses instead of requiring Call Center and WMS/WHS to be implemented.
