Attachment url/link for Dataverse document attachements

Hi All

We are attaching documents to quotes. Is it possible to extract a url or link which can be used from say an email or PBI report to the attachments? Or else are there options to say direct attachments to an azure storage container

Hi Samantha,

Extracting a URL for Attachments in Dynamics 365

If your attachments are stored in Dataverse (Notes & Attachments), the files are usually accessible within Dynamics only.

However, if you're using SharePoint Integration, Dynamics automatically stores attachments in SharePoint, and each file will have a SharePoint URL that can be copied and shared in emails or Power BI reports.

You can retrieve these URLs via:

Power Automate (to extract the SharePoint link)
