Assing more roles in Dynamics Sales 365

Hello,

I need to assing more roles in a salesperson user.

She needs:

- Assign accounts,

-Assign Oportunities.

-Delete Oportunities.

How is the best think to do it?

Is there any role that can use?

You can create a new Security role to include these privileges - if only few salespeson will get it. So you can assign them the new role when needed.

If all salesperson can get it, then edit the existing salesperson security role - to include these privileges.

Hello,

You can create a new security role, but it I would prefer to use an existent one (can be copied from an existent one) and after that you could edit the privilege levels (remove/add privilege levels) .

after adjusted the above security role, you can assign to the users.

Remember the privileges are cumulative, hence the users can have one or more security roles with no problem.

Sales person plus can assign accounts and oportunities.

I only need to add delete oportunities.

What is the name of role that can delete oportunities?

There isn't a specific role that can delete opportunities. Any role can be setup with the ability to delete opportunities as this is a Delete privilege.
