Can someone help me i keep on having this error and the record is available.

This is generally happened when you start transaction with predefined filtered list so when you enter any data which is out of that filter this error will occur.
You check that which filters are applied on this transactions to get the idea about it.
Are you working from any view which is created on role centers since Views are also created with some filters.
There is no any other issue with this. I hope you got your answer.

No is a recruitment system and yes filtering is applied. it is now giving me this error "The view is filtered and the entry is outside filter. some actions may not work "

There is no document get confirmed from your error so I just assuming that this is sales or purchase transactions.
Is there any filter applied on the list or please confirm about the responsibility center filter is applied to the sales or purchase document. this error occured when you open the card page and there is any filter applied on the list page or card page then this happens.
Let us have some more information about the transactions to help you in this case.
