i have removed a system administrator role from a user and added a role specific to there job description but the user cant personalize the form or grid and if i add back the system administrator role user can see the personalize option when the right click ..
which permission or role do i need to grant in order to give personalize option for user user .

your method is working fine now user can view personalization but the problem is user cant add or remove ... remove button is disable and add button is not showing .....
which privilege should i enable to let user add filed

thank you ... its working... previous developer had disable ClientEssentials Security Privilege
The Personalize form (SysSetupForm) is in the following security entries:
- ClientEssentials Security Privilege
- SysServerAXBasicMaintain Security Duty
- SystemUser Security Role.
You active AX users should have the System User role anyways, which should grant the access for the form personalization.
