Acquisition date update in fixed assets

Dear Experts,

We uploaded around 277 new fixed assets master data using Fixed assets data entity from data management.

After that, we posted the acquisition on date 31st December 2019 using fixed assets journal for all these assets but the problem is, the actual acquisition dates are different in each asset.

Question is; how to update the actual acquisition date in 277 assets? Manually updating the dates are not possible.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello Anirban Basu,

You have to use Fixed asset book V2 data entity to update the actual acquisition date of the assets.

Try this in any test environment first before applying anything in PROD directly.
