The users that are scheduling - what roles do they have and did you customize them?

I tried with the instructions that you send me, but it didn´t work out, the error of the OrganizationServiceFault shows with users that are not the administrator and it shows not only using the schedule board it shows as well when a Work order is schedule manually from the WO form, the moment when the error shows is when the user tries to modify the Work Order resources, hours and the change the status. Hope you could help.

Can you try this and see if it works...instructions are for IE, but should be used for whatever browser you're using.  Let me know if that works and if not we'll go from there.

Go to IE browser > Tools > Internet option > General > Browsing history > Delete

Go to IE browser > Tools > Internet option > General > Browsing history > Settings > View files (Delete)

Go to IE browser > Tools > Internet option > General > Browsing history > Settings > View objects (Delete)

Go to IE browser > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset the browser and reboot the machine.

Once the machine is up, go to IE browser > Internet Option > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites  > add sites (https://*.dynamics.com, https://*.microsoftonline.com, https://*.windowsazure.com  https://*.microsoft.com, https://*.live.com )

    RE: Schedule board organization error

While doing a test just realice that the problem might not be with the schedule board because when scheduling a WO with the administrator and assign the resourse manually in Dynamics 365 (PC )and then searching for the WO in the app and trying to change the WO status the error of OrganizationServiceFault appears again, so the schedule board is not the problem here, am I missing a configuration for the Field Service module that is causing this error?? any suggestions?...

Can you attach full screenshot of the schedule board?  I cannot tell if you’re using Unified Interface or not.

Hi  Scott the version I´m using is v9 , I´m viewing the schedule board from Dynamics 365 from the PC, not using the universal resource schedulling app.

I meant are you using v7.x or v8.x of field service? And how are you viewing the schedule board?  Are you going to universal resource scheduling app?  Or you going to it another way?

    Hi Thomas,

The debbuger only shows:  Failed  to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

I don´t have any custom code running, the error just shows with the users that are not administrator, when trying to book a WO  from the schedule board.

    Any suggestions?
