    Hi Atul,

This seems to be an issue related to your SharePoint security setup.

Can you check that one to ensure that you have all the necessary SharePoint user rights?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Atul,

Did you also test with a SharePoint location on your DEV machine or with e.g. a local folder? Like Ludwig mentioned, first review the permissions for the SharePoint location. If this is setup correctly, then you need to review your coding how you access SharePoint. The Tier2+ environments are on another software configuration which might need another approach.

    Hi Ludwig,

User has all the rights of sharepoint, Since the user is admin

    and Sharepoint setup is correct

    Hi Andre,

On dev I tested with local folder,

yes reviewing how can I access sharePoint location or may be a different approach for the files to upload in the attachments

    Hi Atul,

In this case, you didn't test in DEV the exact same scenario. I do suppose you would get the same error when using the SharePoint location in DEV. Accessing SharePoint or a local file is a complete different topic.

    Hi Andre,

Thank you for the valuable comments, Issue has been resolved after I saved it to a temporary path in the system and attached the file to the attachments from temporary path.

    Regards,
