Hi,
Please find below screen-shots, tax is not calculating automatically. Tax is not updating, it is zero. Please help me to solve this issue.

Try ticking, 'taxable tax' and 'print on documents'.

I agree the suggestion of Rosemary.
If the tax calculation is still not happening, please try to setup the Tax Detail ID for Customer Master level and Item Master level
Make sure the item is taxable
This isn't enough information for us to determine why tax isn't calculating. What is your shipping method? What tax schedules do you have attached to the customer/item/module? Are you using the shipping location to determine the default tax schedule?
