Members of a list are hidden in classic ui after upgrading to v9.1

Hi All!

After upgrading to v 9.1 on premise any form of list entity is not showing the members(contacts) of it in classic view.

In the form there is a function Marketing.HideListAction on load but there is not any library. I tried to find the lib it in the system unsuccessfully

Maybe can any of you have resolved this error?
