SLA Functionality Not Counting Weekends or Holidays

Does anyone know how to implement SLA Functionality into cases for Resolve By and First Response without having Weekends or Holidays count?

  • SLA Functionality Not Counting Weekends or Holidays
    You can define different Holiday Schedule to the SLA setup to handle that.

    Together with the customer service calendar setup :
