Hi,
I configured the Microsoft Teams dialer for Dynamics 365 Sales. Everything works fine for the ingoing calls.
However I am unable to make calls from Dynamics. The dialer start ringing and it immediately stops after 2 seconds (no message on the screen).
Do you have any idea what can be the issue ?

Have you tried testing with a different phone number? I found the following documentation on configuring the dialer, you can check if which process is causing the problem. hope it will help you.

I've searched a lot for what might be possible about Unable to make teams call from Dynamics 365, but there doesn't seem to be any relevant case support.
Regarding your issue, I suggest opening a support ticket with Microsoft support Teams, wondering if it would be convenient for you?
