Customizing SharePoint Document Associate Grid

Hello,

We are having Server-side integration with SharePoint 2016 on-premises and Microsoft Dynamics 365 8.2.2. Users upload document from document associated grid and they want a drop down list with options for selecting title of the document( they have 7 different pre-defined titles) when they are uploading. I didn't find any work around how to do it. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid that what you are looking for can't be done exactly as you want. But if you are looking at a way to classify your documents into 7 different classification then you can create 7 document locations (each with specific name) and you can let the user add their document to each location based on the title. This means that you will have 7 different folders for an entity in Sharepoint.
