Portal - remove content snippet from profile page

Hi all,

in the standard service portal is a content snippet shown on the page template 'profile' which is called 'profile form legend'.

Firstly I have deactivated the content snippet in the portal management ap, then it still didnt disappear in the portal.. yesterday I deleted it however it is still showing in the portal (even after clearing cache).

Did anybody face this problem too? How did you solve it?

Hi Stephanie.Loomans,

Please navigate to Web Pages->Profile->Content Page to check whether you add your content snippet in it. If yes, please delete it and then sync configuration to try.

Hi hi Thanks for your response :). I checked but sadly this isnt the problem.. There is nothing in there.

Do you maybe have another clue for me?
