Have some menus on 1080-Partner which are not being shown once I add a new 1090-Company. Exported the 1090-Company to .txt and noticed that the menus that are not appearing have a flag like "deleted=yes".
Tried to compile all the menusuites individually, together and in different kind of sort and my license has permitions to all the objects on the menusuites.

Yes one of the costumized funtions is the one not appearing. If i do it manually it solves but that will simply solve my problem and not all other partners using my solution.
Yes its uploaded on database and that what i've done imported the changed .txt to check if that was the issue and it "solved" the problem but that it wont be a viable solution to apply in all other partners who are using the solution.
I would like to understand what is provoking the flag to be deleted.

have you uploaded your dev license to the database?
remove the deleted=yes menu entries from the text export file and re-import it. after that readd the menu entries.

Is there any customized functions added in 1080 which are not shown in 1090?
You can also add those manually and if it was already added in 1090 then I suggest to open the menusuit in designer mode make some changes and do save.
