Can you view appointments for other users in Outlook using Dynamics 365 app? I used to have the Outlook client with Dynamics Customer Service online and could set the filter to sync other users appointments.
Since update to the new 365 app and server side sync it only syncs the organisers appointments. Is there any way to sync other users appointments to outlook?
Hi,
To view appointment of other users in outlook calendar, you need to set “Organizer” of appointment by your contact.
This can be achieved by creating workflow on Appointment entity after Record is created and set Organizer as your contact on appointment update.
