As of now they want tilde(~) symbol.
if the nearest character is having Space,Hypen or comma then tilde should come in nearest to 80 characters
like
Before
abcd.....................78 7980~81
Now
abcd.....................78~798081 (The Next tilde(~) count starts from 79)
How can be done.

You can use strFind / strScan to locate the closest gaps within the for loop of every 80 character blocks. Locate the last entry in the block. If there is none, insert tilde at 81, otherwise where the separator character was found.
