Smart List returns [Not Found] for one data value

The user is running a customer smart list and the PRIORITY field is not showing correctly in the list. It is correct on the customer and one of the values shows in the lookup but another is listed as [Not found]. The field has been customized and contains the text values Shipping Point and Destination. Destination shows correctly in the smart list but all of the customers with the value shipping point in their customer card show as [Not Found] in the smart list even though the value is correct on the customer card.

The field already shows correctly in the window, just not in the smart list. I am not sure how it was even modified as no one is responding to my email for additional information.

    Hi,

I normally just use Modifier to edit the static text values to the words I want. It's worked well for me for years. If you have smartlist Builder you could use a calculated field but if I change the data-type, the calculated field is not necessary. Changing just a data type does not make the window a modified window. How have you changed the values listed on the drop-down list?

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

Can you post a screenshot of both what the GP window with the options look like and what you are seeing in the SmartList? Is this a customized smartlist?
