hi Sufyain Kazi ,
On your transfer order you might be set the dimensions that items where to receive
On your mentions , your Admins or according to your requirement given to your vendors
they set validations
some user groups , users or etc are only permitted to receive items to that dimension value
thats why its rejecting you to receive to selected dimension on your order
For me its look like customization and it clearly says that you require permission to use store dimension on transfer ordee
You can contact your administrator or partner
