How to "true down" the number of marketing contacts at the annual renewal date

Hi

According to the official documentation it is possible to reduce the number of Marketing-contacts at the time of renewal of the license. But does anyone know how to actually do this? Anyone who can point out how to do this?

Our customer have had Marketing for almost a year and it seems like they have done a lot of testing both in sandbox and in production and suddenly they have exceeded their limit even though they have bought additional addon-licenses, so we need to reset and reduce the number of contacts.

The renewal-date is within the next 7 days, so we do not have much time.

Appreciate any suggestions.Thank you!
