Hi,
is there some way to set alerts regarding entitlements about to expires, like 30 days before? Maybe could we run a report to check them previously?
Hi partner,
Open your form editor and select "Insert" tab, and then add a "Timer" to your form.

Hope it helps.
Best Regards,

you can always run a daily workflow to check the end date and send email if expires in 30 days? Just a thought.
Hi LeoAlt,
I was able to check the link provided and do the same but for 'entitlement' entity in a way to edit it and create a new 'timer'.
The question now is, what will happen when reach the 'end date'? It will show some 'alert' on top of the first page when login? Send an alert to admin? That alert will be shown only after expires? There is a way to show 30 days before expires?
Could you clarify, pls??
Hi Beth Burrell,
the main goal is to automate and also generate alerts to customer and team also. The same as MS does when customer is near the end period of trial...
Yes, that is why i recommended a workflow to check the date. Then you can send to any contact in the list.
You could refer to the sample blog.
This example is very similar to your needs.
