We are trying to reduce paper consumption and I would like to be able to print automatic batch control reports and other selected reports to a file or PDF that we can name rather than having them automatically print to printer. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi Ian,
You can accomplish this by going to Printer setup (click the SL icon in the uppser-left corner) and choose "print to file" (checkbox) then you'll need to click "Setup" and specify where you want it to go and what you'd like it to be called.
