Subscription Lists - Insights

Hi all

I have a query from our marketing team who are looking for a way to gain some insights into our subscription lists namely:

  • How do we see who was added to a subscription list and when this happened?
  • How do we see Who was removed from a subscription list and when?

Fairly basic stuff but so far I've not found anything that works for an non-admin I'm aware we could use Audit Summary (limitations there) but its not ideal. We were hoping for some way to see insights like we can for marketing emails, etc- but so far all I've been able to find was a way to do it on an individual basis rather than at the subscription list level.

I've reviewed the conversion here: How to show date & time for when contacts joined a Marketing List/ Subscription List - Dynamics 365 Marketing - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum as well as the article from Amey Holden here: Trigger Power Automate flow when marketing list updated in Dynamics 365 — Amey Holden | ABC Enthusiast & Power Platform Specialist but surely there must be something simpler than this? To me (non-marketing) this would seem like a basic ask from any marketing application - who signed up to this list and when did they do it...so why isn't it there? Or am I missing something entirely?

Anyone got any advice as it would be greatly appreciated.

PS Apologies but I've had to use an email address/user account here that I don't normally use but I've not been able to get signed onto he community for about 3 weeks now and Microsoft do not appear to know why I'm having the issue - tried different browsers both standard and in-private; different user accounts but nothing seems to work. Even tried different systems (VMs, etc.) but always have the same issue where the forum signs me in but says I have an error and when I click a link to ask a question I get signed out. If anyone has any ideas about that then I'd be grateful...only managed to get this on as this is a brand new email account that has never been used in the community before.

Thanx all

This is what I was thinking, so thank you for clarifying this. Looks as though this was due in 2022 Release Wave 2 but don't think it appeared. Looks as though it could now be Public Preview around 1 July 2023 - experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Hi Inettek - Steven,

In fact, those are two of only two ways to do it.
But you can propose an idea to bring it to Microsoft's attention:
