Hello mohammed,
If you have a link then you can add a web part on the Enterprise Portal site. The web part you want is under Categories, Media and Content, Web Parts, Page Viewer. Once you have added the web part, go into edit web part and add your link to it. you can also edit the appearance and layout while in the edit mode.
