We are able to add the HTML web resource but after publishing our changes they are not reflected on the page (customer service account page). Also, we are not getting any error message. We are using trial version of MSD 365.
Not able to add web resources in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer service
If you have published the HTML web resource and the form it is being used with. You also need to check the form your app is using.
Go to your App >Edit. Navigate to this entity and check the form order on the right panel.
